Returns Policy

Refund

In the event of a return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding the return shipping costs. Please note that some items cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, but we will clearly indicate this on the product page.

Damaged Items

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the money will be credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days, whichever is usually sooner.

Our returns policy includes a generous 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. It is also essential that you can present your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to the address you provided. We cannot accept items returned to us without prior return request.

2. DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

4. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without giving a reason. As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. 5. REFUNDS

If your refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method, and it will be processed within 10 business days.
